What is an escape room?
An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategies to complete the objectives at hand. At Secrets Escape Rooms you can expect our high-end, professional rooms to immerse you into a story and setting that is truly out of this world.
How long does the experience last?
You have 60 minutes to complete your escape and we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early.
Are the games private or am I with others?
Yes! All our escape room bookings are 100% private, meaning only your party will be in the room.
Do you have an age restriction?
We have a recommended age of 13 years or older to experience our rooms. If any members of your party are 13 years old or younger, we require an adult chaperone.
What if I break something
All props and rooms are handcrafted by our fine art department and stealing and breaking items will be dealt with to our discretion
Will I be able to leave the game before the timer ends?
Yes, you will be able to freely leave the games at any time during your session. The door will never be locked however the timer will not stop.
Can I still play if I show up late?
We ask that you show up 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are not ready to play by the time your game is scheduled to start, you will not be able to play, and you will not be issued a refund.
Can I reschedule my game?
While all purchases are final, we understand that sometimes things come up. We will be happy to reschedule your room booking with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Are your rooms handicap accessible?
Yes, our facility and escape rooms are handicap accessible. We are also able to remotely trigger many of the puzzles if needed to aid in the experience. While we are handicap accessible, some rooms may be difficult to navigate for those with disabilities. Please give us a call for further clarifications.
Do I need a reservation to enjoy the escape room experience?
Yes! All our escape room bookings are 100% private. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept cash.
Intoxication Agreement
We have a zero tolerance for usage of drugs or alcohol within our escape rooms. If we suspect you are intoxicated, you may be asked to leave with no offered rescheduling or refund. This policy will be enforced to the employees discretion.
